CAMPING UPDATE: All of the RV spaces allotted for this year’s bluegrass festival have been reserved. This means that RV Camping is SOLD OUT….PLENTY OF TENT CAMPING sites are still available. We’re so excited to see everyone and can’t thank you enough for your continued support!

No pets unless leashed at your campsite. Pets may NOT enter the main festival area at any time.

Coolers are permitted, however no glass containers and no open display of alcohol at anytime. Please support our food vendors!
Golf carts are permitted for licensed drivers over the age of 18 with proof of insurance. Carts driven at night MUST have headlights. NO ATVS OR LARGE/PERFORMANCE UTVS!!! No exceptions!
This event is handicap accessible and handicap parking is available. Handicap accessible restrooms are available on-site. Please note, all handicap/special needs parking is first come-first served, so please arrive early to ensure a spot. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR HANDICAP STICKER OR TAG CLEARLY VISIBLE TO OUR PARKING ATTENDANTS.
Parking is $3.00 and a portion of proceeds benefit local civic groups. Shuttle vans will run throughout the day to assist patrons in transit from the parking field to the festival area.
Do you allow pets at the festival?
Pets are only permitted if they remain leashed at your campsite. Pets are NOT allowed in the main festival area.
Is alcohol available for purchase?
No, not at this time. However guests are allowed to bring coolers, we simply ask that there be no open display of alcohol and no glass containers.
Do you have bath-houses or showers on-site?
Yes, we do have a limited number of showers located in two bathhouses on-site.
Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, parking is $3.00 daily and benefits our local food bank.
Are pop-up tents allowed in the festival area?
Pop-up tents will be limited and can only be set up along the very outermost perimeter of the concert viewing area. If tents impede the view of others, security may ask you to take it down.
What if I forget to bring my printed tickets?
Those that purchased passes online will be on a master list at the main gate. However, we do ask that you bring your printed tickets with you if at all possible.
Is ice available for purchase on-site?
Yes, bags of ice can be purchased (cash only) at the ‘Snack Shack’ located adjacent to the Country Store at the center of the festival field.
Is there an ATM on-site?
Yes, we have an ATM located on the porch of the Country Store in the center of the festival field. However, when attending for multiple days, it’s always a good idea to bring extra cash for food and vendor purchases.
Is wi-fi available on-site?
Yes, wi-fi is available, but we do not guarantee connectivity with large numbers of people on-site and due to our rural location cell-phone reception may be limited depending on your service provider. (Verizon and US Cellular work best)
If I forgot something, where is the closest store for food or supplies?
The town of Floyd is located 6 miles from the venue where you’ll find a grocery stores, a laundromat, gas stations, Dollar General, Family Dollar and other amenities.

Additional activities include arts and crafts vendors, great camping, contests, a variety of delicious food, jamming opportunities, expanded children’s area, hiking trails, cornhole tournament, midnight jam and more to be announced. So, bring the entire family–there’s something for all ages!
Ticket purchases are non-refundable and most events take place rain or shine. We love our pets too, but due to insurance and a variety of other reasons we ask that you leave your pets at home when attending events at Chantilly Farm. Pets are allowed in camping areas, but must remain leashed at all times and may not enter the event area.
