Chantilly farm seasonal lease

Three month minimal.  One month nonrefundable deposit unless we can find a replacement.

Up to 20 stalls and including all amenities listed on the leasing

page along with all utilities and stall bedding.

$3500 per month

In the event that we find the market more suitable to stall leasing, the following prices will be reflected per month.

$200  Self care stall for horse

$100  Each additional stall for tack or feed

$500  One bedroom furnished mobile home including

all utilities and basic cable.

$100  RV hookup

Call for prices on annual leasing.

$35 per lesson (four lessons per month are required)

$45 per lesson using one of Chantilly Farm's schooling horses

$20 per ride by trainer

Grooming package at $150 per month includes:

     Daily grooming six days/week (currying, brushing, fly spray, hooves cleaned & dressed)

     Weekly baths; tails and coats conditioned; mane pulled as needed and tails maintained

     Laundry of horse wraps and pads

     Turnout boots, fly mask and other accessories as directed by owner.  Note owner

     provides all supplies

Laundry machines available at $15 per month for owners to use their convenience

Turnout boots, fly mask & blanketing for cooler weather (for those horses that are clipped or must keep coats short for showing) offered at $20 per month  Sorry temporarily not available

Alternate feeds may be subject to price increase

Extra hay at $20 per month for one additional flake given daily
